James Longstaff

James Longstaff has worked at Deutsche Bank for almost four years. He currently works in the Reference Data change space, with responsibilities for rolling out data in several domains to diverse areas of the Bank. James also has links with the wider Data Architecture function and is currently assisting with defining Trade Data Standards.
James is a vocal advocate of the Bank’s social media platform and uses this to engage with people across all departments and geographies in order to be more efficient and effective at his role. He also enjoys observing unexpected beneficial outcomes from using social media at work and writes about these.
Prior to his current role James has worked on Market Risk, Client Service, Financial Accounting, and other Reference Data roles at numerous large Financial Services organisations.
